The meteoric rise of Barack Obama has been breath-taking for some, and frightening for others. Who is this man? Where did he come from? Why is he so popular? How has he managed to gain power and position himself to occupy the most important office in the world? There are many unanswered questions.

And the more one digs, the more questions that arise. Why won't he release his orginal vault-copy birth certificate? Why won't he release any college records from Occidental, Columbia or Harvard, including his doctoral thesis? Why won't he release any information about his clients while he worked for the law firm of Davis, Miner, Barnhill and Gallard (now known by only the last three names)?

One could certainly cite privacy issues, but if Obama wanted to maintain his privacy, then he should not have entered himself as a candidate for the most important PUBLIC office in the world. In our democracy (or what remains of it), the people have a right to know - as well as a responsibility to find out - who they are voting for. No candidate for high office has the right to withold such basic and pertinent information.

Barack Obama's pattern of deception has been documented by others more qualified than myself. Obama clearly has something to hide and he doesn't want us to find out what that is until after the election. What is he hiding?

Obama has been named in a lawsuit by Philip J. Berg demanding Obama to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen (one of the qualifications required to become President). Obama had until October 15th to respond to the court. He did not. Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has issued no ruling in the case that would have given Obama more time to comply.

Obama is a lawyer and a legislator (law-maker). He allegedly holds a J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Harvard University where he also allegedly graduated 'magna cum laude'. Obama then, better than anyone, should understand his responsibility to comply with the law. If the Berg lawsuit is simply a nuisance case, then why won't Obama simply respond to it and have the case dismissed? Is Obama thumbing his nose at the courts? I contend that he is. Obama is arrogant enough to believe that he is 'above' the law.

Are there other examples that we can point to which would support such a contention? I think there are. Consider the fact that Obama's campaign has been accepting illegal donations from donors purporting to be “Saddam Hussein”, “Osama bin Laden”, “OJ Simpson”, “Family Guy”, “King Kong” and others. This is a violation of federal election law which carries a criminal penalty. In addition...

Donations from foreign sources are also illegal. But the Obama campaign apparently has no qualms about spending money illegally obtained from foreign nationals designed to influence the U.S. presidential election. Why would Obama imagine that he must comply with election law? He is "the one". He is "the messiah". He is above the law.

And let's not forget Obama's "questionable" activities and shady associations with the Chicago political machine. And the Chicago real estate developers that got rich providing sub-standard housing through subsidies Obama endorsed. And Tony Rezko, a convicted felon who helped Obama buy his house. And William Ayers, an unrepentant terrorist to whom Obama funneled millions of dollars through the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. And Jim Johnson, an Obama advisor and former Fannie Mae CEO who got a sweetheart mortgage from Countrywide Financial. And Franklin Raines, another Obama advisor and former Fannie Mae CEO who made millions in bonuses through accounting fraud, and who likewise got a sweetheart mortgage from Countrywide Financial.

Illegalities on the part of Obama? Perhaps not, but certainly questionable enough to suggest the appearance of impropriety. If anyone should be under investigation, it is Barack Obama. Why has Obama associated with so many criminals over the years? Why is his campaign at this very moment breaking the law? Why is Barack Obama not complying with the court in a valid lawsuit? If Barack Obama is deceitful and 'lawless', can we then expect him to fulfill the oath of office...?

I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Plumbers Of The World Unite!

As you probably know by now, "Joe the Plumber" Wurzelbacher was first made famous in a You-Tube video where he tells Obama that he is interested in buying a business that makes $250-$280,000 per year and that Obama's tax plan is "killing the American dream". Joe was expressing the legitimate concern of many small business owners, but it was embarassing for Obama. Obama told Joe "we have to spread the wealth around". In the third and final Presidential debate, John McCain mentioned "Joe the Plumber" when he attacked Obama's tax plan as "class warfare".

In a fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, the Obama hordes descended upon Wurzelbacher in an effort to smear him. Obama led the charge with his mocking question, "How many plumbers do you know makin' a quarter million dollars a year?" Biden then took Obama's lead saying, "I don't have any Joe the plumbers in my neighborhood that make $250,000 a year." The left-wing blogs then started slamming "Joe the Plumber" saying he does not really make $250,000 a year, that he cannot afford to buy a company making $250-$280,000 per year, that he is a sham, and even that he was a McCain plant, etc.

Obama's strategy can only be self-defeating. He tried to turn "Joe the Plumber" into a big joke. By implication, Obama and Biden are not only attacking "Joe the Plumber", but "Joe the Electrician", "Joe the Auto Mechanic", "Joe the Landscaper", as well as "Joe the Accountant" and "Joe the Lawyer". There are many people who are self-employed or own a small business that might fit into the category of making $250,000 a year or more. And if such people are not making $250,000 a year or more, they would certainly love to get to the point where they are. If they are anywhere near that threshold, Obama's tax plan will eliminate any incentive to grow and expand, or to be more successful.

There can be only one response to Obama-Biden: "Plumbers of the world, unite!" Unite with the electricians, the auto mechanics, the landscapers, and even the lawyers and accountants. Tell Obama: "NO-BAMA!" Vote McCain-Palin.

Obama Slip-Up In Context

I have received a number of e-mails saying the 'Obama Is A Muslim' clip was taken out of context. Therefore, in the interest of fairness, here is a larger chunk of the interview which puts his gaffe in context. The pertinent portion comes about 2 and a half minutes into this segment...



After further review, it would appear that Obama's statement was just that - a gaffe - and nothing more. However, I disagree with Obama's claim that he is a Christian. See HERE and scroll down near the end. Obama's brand of "Christianity" is not one many people would find familiar. And while I am still suspicious that Obama is a "closet Muslim", this gaffe does not necessarily prove that.

Now, forgive me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that anyone who was born and raised a Christian would be hard-pressed to accidentally refer to their faith as "Muslim". One can only slip and refer to their faith as "Muslim" if in fact they are currently a practicing Muslim, or were one in the past. Funny, but I seem to recall that Obama said he was "NEVER" a Muslim. Hmmmm. Well, I ain't buyin' it!...
