Obama will BORROW Congress' power?

Durbin said WHAT!!??? Obama can't borrow if the Congress isn't lending. Obama taking something from Congress without their permission is called STEALING! ...NOT borrowing! D'uhh! Dick Durbin (aka Porky Pig) continues to prove that he is "Looney Tunes".


But Durbin is right about one thing. Obama shouldn't be sued. He should be IMPEACHED!!!
