I posted on Facebook (yesterday?) that the picture is an excellent "Photoshop" opportunity.
It's Bush's fault.
There's a photo of Obozo with three other Obamabots mispelling "Ohio". They spelt it "Oiho". One can only imagine how the national (socialist) media would have skewered a Republican if he/she had done the same thing.
This ranks right up there with Biden last week not knowing what state he was lying in or what century he's living in. But apparently that kind of stupidity simply makes Obamabots even more devoted to their polarizing and incompetent clowns.
