That is most likely an apt discription of our schools, as they teach sex with anyone is okay and give condoms all the wal down to first grade in fact. The youngest one most likely uses it as a balloon.
This is the kind of academic excellence that occurs when "progressives" run an educational system. "Besides", they would say, "What's the big deal, it was the thought that counted."
I can see such a thing happening in the comment section of a blog site, but on a billboard for cryin' out loud!?
You wouldn't believe the butchered English and the tortured spelling found on the various marquee signs in front of our local high schools. I kid you not, one sign read, "Teecher Work Day, No Sckool." Maybe the janitor was the culprit ... yeah, that's the ticket!
