I saw that he actually said this in a similar way long before the election. Word verification suggests that Obama is a dericark.
"Dericark" The reverse of what is expected, a 180 degree turn, a massive and unexpected disappointment, the opposite of an epiphany?

Well, Obama is definitely "a massive disappointment" that's for sure. As for "unexpected", not so much.
Before the election I wrote an article called 36 Reasons Against An Obama Presidency.
I had plenty of reasons to expect disappointment from Obama... and he didn't fail to deliver.
