Great synopsis Hawkeye.

As long as Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino maintains that "He" has "seen" Barry's birth certificate there is no precedent for having him removed. The laws are so very nebulous and no single person has Standing to challenge them.

Single point of failure!
