Looney Liberal of the Week: Dahlia Lithwick

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- This week's award goes to Dahlia Lithwick for her article at Slate Magazine. Kathleen Parker did a great commentary piece on the implications of Dahlia's article HERE.

This Looney Liberal is an idiot because she had the audacity to write an article criticizing John Roberts for views he held when he was 17 years old... and does it with a straight face! Her idiocy is only confirmed when she goes on to criticize Roberts' often dry sense of humor, which comes off to her apparently as "smart-alecky".... yeah, and so? Does the Constitution prohibit judges with a wry sense of humor? Finally she obviously fails to understand (of all things) a lawyer joke... what an IDIOT!

When I was seventeen, I knew it all. Unfortunately, in the last 40 years I've forgotten it all.

Didn't we all smirk at the universe at that age?

Another day, another looney tune.

Where can I apply for a high-paying job writing for a big-time on-line magazine?

Possum,
Some of my views have changed since I was 27 or 37 years old, let alone 17.

High-paying writing job? Well, if you were a Liberal, and your writing actually made sense... they'd come looking for you.

Kajun,
I'll recommend you to G.W., that is... if he reads my E-mail.

I feel what should be done is for someone to "dig" into this libs past, and see how clean it is.

If people knew the same thing was going to happen to them, I have a feeling they would think twice about it.

I did a few things when I was 17 or 18, that had I been caught would have landed me in jail. Thank GOD, I have a Savior who has washed me from that!!!

Off the subject, but I heard today that Justice(?) Souter may actually lose his farmhouse to eminate domain.

Wouldn't that be a shame? ;-)

With a name like Dahlia, she has to be the child of a "flower child".

Head...in the clouds.

Oh good golly! This is exactly the reason I will never go into public office. If they opened my closet, the tsunami of skeletons would smother them!

I'm with you RAM. I thank the Lord He's a forgiving one. :o)

I feel kinda bad that Dave H. (on SF) took offense we wrote off his lib thinking to his age. I, personally, DIDN'T mean it as a slam. Just that I used to think that way when I was young and not as edjumacated as I am now.

Don't feel bad about pointing out that (24 y.o.) Dave is young and idealistic...it's a fact, and quite normal, actually. Especially for a teacher, no less...
