Just the Facts M'am
NEW YORK, NY -- Senator Hillary Clinton (who is a woman) today continued her attack on the Bush administration. "We are living in a time when the other side doesn't want us to see the facts. Facts are inconvenient — facts about global warming, facts about mercury in the air, facts about people staying unemployed longer," said Clinton (D-NY).
Interestingly, Clinton cited no examples of these facts but used only vague generalizations and cliches in her remarks. In point of fact, the only use of "facts" in her speech was the repetition of the word.
More "fact-free" speeches are expected from Clinton in the run-up to the 2008 Presidential election.

Maybe she expects you to be up on the news:
"A White House official who once led the oil industry’s fight against limits on greenhouse gases has repeatedly edited government climate reports in ways that play down links between such emissions and global warming, according to internal documents."
... facts, indeed.
anonymous,
Interesting quote... where is it from? Do you have a link I could go to? Source, date? I need facts friend!
Well, not to steal all your thunder hawkeye, but with the Clinton's, the "facts" are usually denied by lawyers and politicians on national tv, the MSM< LSM and Liberal Mania Media, or they are found at room temperature in our parks system.
Like what's with all the criticism here. Any of y'all have your own blog?
I like the line about "fact-free" speeches...
I, too, liked the "fact free" line. It is getting harder and harder to get to the source when looking a media reports. Everybody tells you what is means. Few tell you what it actually says.
Is this where we get all touchy-feely while Hillary is getting set to try and be dictator (like she does to Bill) then steals our wallets?
